The program is a vehicle-based program. Customers must opt-in to program participation by affirmatively enrolling their vehicle(s). A customer may enroll more than one vehicle in the program as long as the vehicles enrolled have been serviced at a Jiffy Lube® Service Center.
Upon enrollment, each vehicle will be identified as a member (“Member Vehicle”) by a unique Program member identifier.
Membership is limited to residents of the United States and vehicles that are registered in the 50 states or the District of Columbia
National fleet vehicles are not eligible for program participation. Local fleets may participate at the discretion of the local Jiffy Lube operator.
Employees of Jiffy Lube® International are eligible to participate in the program. Employees of participating Jiffy Lube operators and their families may participate in the Program at the sole discretion of the Jiffy Lube operator.
By enrolling in the Program, customer agrees to receive advertising, marketing materials, and other communications from Jiffy Lube. Any customer personal information collected as a result of the Program will be handled in accordance with the Jiffy Lube Privacy Policy published on www.jiffyluberewards.com, to the extent applicable.
REWARD ACCRUAL
Rewards accrue based on each qualifying purchase for an individual Member Vehicle. A household or local fleet with multiple vehicles enrolled in the program may not pool their purchases to earn a reward.
Rewards will accrue to a Member Vehicle based on a qualifying purchase at any Jiffy Lube Service Center location in the United States, whether or not such service center is participating in the program.
A qualifying purchase is a Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change. Rewards will accrue on all Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Changes regardless of the price, or the brand or grade of motor oil, which may vary by location.
To qualify for reward, a customer must make two qualifying purchases for a Member Vehicle within a continuous 180-day period (“Reward Earning Cycle”).
The Reward Earning Cycle starts over if a Member Vehicle redeems a program reward, does not make two qualifying purchase during a Reward Earning Cycle or if the Program Reward expires.
Unless otherwise extended, Program Rewards will cease to accrue July 31, 2010 for any Member Vehicle that does not have at least 1 qualifying purchase on such date or until such time as a Member Vehicle redeems a 50% off reward.
REWARD REDEMPTION
The Program Reward is 50% off a Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change. The Program Reward may be redeemed on any Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Changes regardless of the price, or the brand or grade of motor oil, which may vary by location.
The value of the Program Reward will be based on the price of the Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change at the redeeming service center at the time the reward is redeemed. The Program Reward may be applied only against the cost of the Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change. Other services offered at participating Jiffy Lube Service Centers are not eligible for the Program Reward.
Program Rewards for qualifying Member Vehicles may be redeemed only at participating Jiffy Lube Service Centers. Program Rewards may be redeemed by qualifying Member Vehicles at any participating Jiffy Lube Service Center regardless of whether the Member Vehicle’s qualifying purchases were made at the service center where the reward is redeemed.
A participating Jiffy Lube Service Center or Customer may not apply the Program Reward to non-qualifying vehicles. Rewards may be applied only to Member Vehicles who have made two qualifying purchases during the Reward Earning Cycle.
The Program Reward, if not redeemed, will expire 180 days following the date of the second qualifying purchase.
Program Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer for a Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change.
CHANGE IN MEMBER VEHICLE INFORMATION
Customers with Member Vehicles that have a change in license plate can update the Member Vehicle profile at a Jiffy Lube Service Center or by calling Customer Service at 800-344-6933.
